At Cornerstone Orthodontics, we believe confident smiles help build confident futures. Our scholarship program celebrates graduating seniors who demonstrate leadership, community commitment, and a vision for their future.
Each year, we award scholarships to outstanding students who have been part of the Cornerstone Orthodontics family.
Scholarship Award
We are proud to offer
• Five $1,000 scholarships
• Funds paid direclty to the student's chosen college or technical school
• Awards that support qualified educational expenses
Recipients will be selected through an essay-based contest that highlights leadership, character, and future goals.


Essay Prompts
Applicants must submit an essay (typically 500-1000 words) responding to one of the following prompts:

How has your smile transformation impacted your confidence as you head into this next chapter of life?
Cornerstone Community
How do you plan to be a cornerstone (a foundational support) for your community in the future?
The Future Vision
What are your career goals, and how will this scholarship help you achieve them?

How Funds Are distributed
Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the recipient’s chosen college registrar’s office to ensure they are used for qualified educational expenses.
Application Checklist
To complete your application, please submit the following:
✔ 1-Page Application Form
Include your contact information, high school, and intended college, technical school, or further education plans.
✔ Essay Submission
Typically 500–1000 words responding to one of the essay prompts.
✔ Senior Portrait
Used for social media and website announcements if selected as a winner.
✔ Letter of Recommendation (Optional)
A recommendation letter may be included to help highlight your character and achievements.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must:
Be a current or former patient of Cornerstone Orthodontics
Be a graduating senior in the Class of 2026
Plan to attend a college, university, or technical school
